Information about Georgia transportation

The Georgia Tea Party is rallying their troops and becoming willing to battle from the vote to approve a 1% Florida sales tax that will go towards building regional Atlanta airport shuttle projects that have been just approved. Is a fantastic move? Are they all rallying against it?

Have you ever visited Atlanta you know how bad the readers are there? For those who have lived in Atlanta quite a while (such as myself), you additionally understand that the Georgia government has been doing an undesirable job supporting the transportation needs with the Atlanta area. Year after year, administration after administration, the can has become kicked as time goes on. All while growth continues to be skyrocketing and the roads are becoming a growing number of cluttered. Meanwhile, alternative kinds of transportation are poor at best. The rail system in Atlanta, is known for not connecting places it ought to (this doesn't happen even go to the Braves stadium) and doesn't even serve one of the main metro counties.

With all of that in mind, it's clear that the Georgia transportation overhaul is in line for that Atlanta region. This includes building new roads, building new rail lines, and expanding. The catch is, these items aren't free. They cost money to develop, which is why every one of the mayors and county commissioners from across the Atlanta region finally approved a massive listing of projects to construct after a regional tax is approved by the voters. This by itself was a massive undertaking since several of such people are from opposite sides with the aisle. They joined together though but happened to be it done, given that they realize the specific situation the Atlanta region is in and understand that these transportation projects will help keep Atlanta growing.
